Algorithmic/ML Trading Project with Live Market Data from AngelOne Broker (Live on AWS Cloud)

Build Algorithmic Trading project for live market data using ANGELONE SmartAPI. Machine Learning Algorithms and trading rules are used for placing trades on excel sheet and alerts are sent to Telegram using API for keeping track.
Following ML algorithms are used for predicting market direction based on ML models, trained on past 15 years of actual market data:
  • XGBoost, LR with advanced features to capture market complexity

Article Research and Summarization Using the AI Agents

Developed an Agentic flow for article search using Web Search Agent-Serper, and article summarization with LLM.
Flow Structure is as following:
  • OutlineCrew: This crew is responsible for generating the outline. It defines the structure based on the provided goal and topic.
  • SummaryCrew: For each chapter outlined by the OutlineCrew, summary is created with detailed and coherent content.
  • Final Product: After all chapters are written, the flow combines them into a single markdown file, creating a complete article ready to publish.

  • Developed a Gradient boosting based model to forecast the Market Clearing Price (MCP) in IEX for the following day, employing 1-day ahead forecasting for five consecutive days and achieving an impressive MAPE as low as 3%.
